Brian is one of my most senior instructors, and he has synthesized a profound knowledge of yoga with the flow and creativity that makes a great teacher into an inspiring one.  Just to be in his presence is to grow, energize and discover deeper layers of your body, mind and heart.-Sadie Nardini, Founder, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga
As a runner and  an over worked and over stressed New Yorker, I did not devote the appropriate time for stretching after my runs. I always wanted to take up yoga, but I would put it off for the same reasons I did not have time to stretch after my runs (over worked & over stressed – not enough hours in my day). Until, one day I decided to take the plunge. I went online and found Brian Williams. My lessons with Brian have been a God send. He is very attentive to my needs (as a runner & lack of flexibility) and has created an incredible yoga program for me. I look forward to my one on one yoga lessons with Brian – he’s an amazing instructor who has given me the opportunity to be one with myself and the realization that it’s okay for me to take time out of my day to devote to a stress releasing yoga session. -Richard Q.

Took the boyfriend to his very first yoga class on Saturday. Considered throwing him into some scary intense advanced class for kicks. Opted for what I thought would be a gentle initiation instead—Virgin Vinyasa at The Fierce Club—a weekly class for first time yogis.  Brian, our unassuming-just-a-regular-guy-looking instructor, talked us through every movement. We covered all the essentials — Downward Dog, Plank, Chaturanga, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Chair Pose, Sun Salutations. I lost my yoga virginity to a video back in high school, so I thought I’d breeze through. Turns out I was wrong— Brian is an ass-kicking yoga master who set my shoulders and thighs on fire. I looked over, and the boyfriend had that barely-holding-it-together shaky muscle look. Momentarily, I worried this would be his first and last yoga class.  But no.  Post-class discussion revealed he too loved Brian. The fact that class was hard wasn’t a turn off, it was a draw. He’s going back for more this week.  Virgin Vinyasa — a total success.  –Charity D. on Social Workout

Brian’s class always leaves me feeling energized and excited about yoga.  He puts his own creative twist on the vinyasa style, making a flow that is both fun and challenging, constantly encouraging students to find and push their limits.  I always enjoy the work/play I do in his class, every moment is a blast!-Kara Ayn, student and Tri Yoga Instructor

Brian’s class is an uplifting and inspirational experience.  He is continuously challenging and supportive, encouraging you to be in touch with your body and self while you explore new levels of physical strength as well as mental.  It is impossible to leave his class without feeling great about the work you’ve just accomplished, giving you motivation to conquer any endeavor.-Deb S, student and Core Strength Vinyasa Instructor
